Really quick communication, makes it really easy to book. I booked a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, the report was very comprehensive and looked at almost everything. The mechanic Owen phoned me after the inspection and was up for a good chat and provided some great insight and advice regarding the car and even a little bit on the purchasing process.

Just had Ko, assess and service my car after going into limp mode while towing a trailer. Very polite and knowledgeable, he called 2 hours prior to understand the issues in detail and was efficent and quick with his service and conduct. He provided a thorough verbal report at the end and guidance/assistance moving forward.

Highly recommend. Ko was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what his thoughts were at each step. I had an ongoing starter motor issue and asked a lot of (probably annoying) questions, but Ko was patient, honest, and thorough the entire time. It’s rare to find an auto electrician/mechanic who communicates this well and actually helps you understand what’s going on with your car. Highly recommend Ko if you want quality work and someone you can genuinely trust.

Ace did a pre purchase inspection for me as I was buying a car from interstate. Nick was super easy to deal with over the phone and I really felt I could trust them. Nirmal did the inspection and sent me an extensive report and chatted to me on the phone. Had an absolute of a Legend come work on my car for me. Norman is the name not only was he efficient with his work but an awesome bloke in general, walked me through the whole process. Nothing like getting your car fixed and learning at the same time. We need more people like Norman. 100% recommend. The work was done and my car drove a lot better very satisfied thanks again Norman and team at ACE Mechanics.

Ko, the mechanic came out to replace my sons car’s starter motor. He was both professional and friendly. He kept me updated on arrival time. He did the work quite efficiently and was very informative about the warranty and what to do if we had any concerns. Ko did a great job and I would recommend home to anyone. Great customer service. Ko was fantastic! Extremely friendly, got the job done and was awesome to have a chat with! Unrelated note he saw my golf clubs in my garage and we just talked about golf for a solid 30 minutes. Let's just say I have found a new golf mate haha. Would recommend Ko from Ace any day of the week!
